Hi any tips on being productive?

I find lists help me getting things done but my lists are so long I was recently told about having a a list of 3 things that I must do that day and 1 optional which motivated me even more but intended to do more optional stuff than from the compulsory. It has helped me reduce my list.

I tried scheduling one thing a day in my diary for each day aiming for one thing a day which I followed by some days I did nothing so I had to move them all across on my calendar.

Any other tips which boosts productivity?

I am a mother of three children and working full time juggling everything! So I need to just get things done without kids undoing all my work all the time!!!

Set a timer for 15 minutes and do what you can in that time from your list. You might have the motivation to carry on or if not, at least you have done 15 mins.

Rock the Housework guided cleans are good for avoiding procrastination.

i bought a Smart planner from Amazon. It has a daily page for to do lists etc… and really helpful.

With three kids and working f/t, this is tough though. Enlist help and try to delegate if possible. ,

Honestly? Don't go online.

Before t'internet, I was so productive. I need to be free of all devices when I want to get stuff done, but that said, I do look at the lock screen now and again ... just in case.
