Mould/mildew on seal of shower screen

I'll try and explain this as best I can - have a shower over the bath, therefore have a glass shower screen that sits on top of the bath. It has a rubber seal between the screen and bath but it has gone almost black with mould - I have tried to replace it as it was pretty bad when I bought house but cant seem to get one anywhere - so need to find some way of cleaning it? Any suggestions? (Oh and congratulations if you have managed to read this without falling asleep)

Thanks!
