What do you use to clean your floor?

I currently use a steam mop but I don’t do it enough as it’s a bit of faff (oh man am I just lazy?) but my baby is bum shuffling and I want to have something quick I can scoot round with after I’ve swept and hoovered the floor which I do every day. Flash speed mop coming to mind? I don’t want anything that leaves the floor too wet as my 4 year old can’t keep off it. It’s a click vinyl floor quite a large kitchen. What do u use and does it work for you? Thanks x

Child labour? Microfibre baby grow and let the bum shuffling work for you (joking).

In between proper cleans I have a spray bottle of floor cleaner made up and use a cheap microfibre cloth mop. Spray floor. Mop. Dried almost instantly. Chuck used microfibre cloth in the wash pile. Put new one on mop ready for the next time. Job done. Takes about 10 minutes.

We have Karndean and when a large, slobbery dog that is an occasional visitor has been here I do the same but with that Dettol anti-bacterial surface spray or a tiny drop of disinfectant in the floor detergent spray [also kills smell of large doggo]

Spray mop and method wood floor cleaner

Bucket of hot soapy water and a rag. In my opinion nothing else sufficiently cleans.
