We live in a ground floor flat next to the communal garden, with our windows regularly open without much issue. Tonight however, a mouse peered through the window and then jumped straight in! I screamed and shooed. Think it has left away now but I'm thinking back about all the time we opened the windows. How do I know there isn't any other mouse in the flat? And how do you prevent them from jumping in the window??
