Washer dryer please help

My integrated (don't know if that's relevant) beko washer dryer is working as normal apart from the dryer isn't going hot. It's tumbling away but cold.

Could you wise women advise if I'm easier and cheaper to just cut my losses and buy a new one now rather than have someone out to try repair it and end up needing a new one anyway. It's like 3 years old

Over the years this has happened twice. The second time the repair guy told me it's common and integration is not a good idea. I now have seperate ones.

I'm in an apartment with a fully fitted kitchen. I wouldn't be able to have them not integrated or have room for two! So annoying.

Any news? It just needs a heating element for the dryer part. Should be an easy enough repair! X
