Heated throws

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.
Considering a heated throw for this winter but we have two cats that love to knead. A bit worried they might electrocute themselves.
Has anyone got one with 'kneady' cats or is the throw so thick their claws wouldn't get through?

Both my cats love to knead, and evil boy cat in particular spends hours and hours doing it to the Lakeland heated throws we have. After 3 years, neither cat or blanket has come to any harm

I can second the Lakeland heated throw. Had it 2.5 years and our cat hasn't got through it!!

Which size did you get? I'm getting a bit confused. I want one that's big and snuggly so would Lakeland's single be adequate?

I got the single- big enough for 2 side by side on the sofa. Depends how many people want to fit under it!
