Karndean flooring lifting in 2 weeks!

We recently had karndean lvt installed (glued version) 2 weeks ago and I can already see it lifting near the french doors and corners and gaps developing in other areas. So upset! What can be done???

Call back your fitters. This happened to mine in a couple of areas near a room edge or a door. They came straight back and fixed it. 6 months later it’s still all fine

This happened to me. We called the fitter back and he reglued it. Take photos of where it's lifting and email the fitter with the pictures.

Call fitters back, my DH has fitted Karndean multiple times, never been called out after. Did you have new floorboards/plywood underneath.

We had self levelling compound done. By them. So upset by all this . It was installed on 16th August. Will take pics now

How was it reglued? By liftinf and regluing??

Can u show these to ur husband and get his opinion plz. Is it a really horrible job done??

Thanks.have taken pics and sent to them now. May i ask how do u clean ur floors? I use a cordless dyson to vacum and spray mop. Do u use steam mop??

Yes, he lifted the sections that were coming unstuck.

@MrsNT I sweep or hoover on the hard floor setting and I mop (infrequently as advised) using very dilute fairy liquid.

Its a brilliant floor
