Had my Eufy for over 2 1/2 years and not working so well now

I love my Eufy but it's not working as well as it did despite regularly cleaning it. Do I need to buy some new more parts for it or do they only last so long?

When you say not working well do you mean going orange after a short time or not actually picking up when you have it in a room? I've got two Eufy's and find they need a new battery after 18 months or so then they are like new. Mine have always been ok with picking up when they are cleaned and new filters replaced etc.

Yes, not picking up so well - guess I need a new battery then x

Mine hasn't worked for ages. It just beeps. Waste of money.

I had to replace my battery after about 15m. When I took the old one out it had a very old date on - which I wasn't very impressed with. It then worked fine.

One of the wheel motors went and it kept "getting stuck" even though it wasn't. DP replaced the motor for a few quid and again worked fine. I think the other motor is going as it is doing the same thing again.

You need to replace parts, like the brushes and filter.
