I have laundry for a bnb each week and need a great iron. My DM's old one is brilliant. Steam, with tank, nice and heavy. Unfortunately it's so old rusty water squirts out occasionally to ruin the clean sheets 😲. So I bought a new one and it's just not up to the job. I have cotton sheets and the creases are not going even though the iron gets nice and hot (too hot as the non cotton items stick). I can't help thinking things were made better 20 years ago...(anyway, another story). Any recommendations, dear Mumsnetters?
