Steam mop on Karndean floors

Hiya

Is anyone using steam mop on Karndean floors? I know their website says not to use it but want real hand experience from those who have.

Never have - don't want the tiles to start lifting

Mine has been down 3 years and I've just started using a steam mop on it. Haven't noticed any lifting so far

What do u use

Before the steam mop I was just using a Vileda spray mop with some flash floor cleaner and water in. But I noticed it wasn't getting in the grooves of the floor so I got the shark steam mop with the rotating head

I use a steam mop on Amtico without any problems

I was told by the fitter not to use a steam mop on my amtico floor as it can heat the glue and cause the tiles to lift...

How long ago did you get it

I use a steam mop on karndean on the medium setting and have had no problems at all.
