Cleaning ceramic hob

I'm considering purchasing a ceramic hob scraper because despite my best efforts, I cannot remove stubborn burnt on stains.

I've tried Hobbrite, sodium bicarbonate, vinegar, other abrasive cleaners, a sharp knife.

So now I'm wondering if this will do the trick?

Any advice?
