Books on time management

Good evening, I am full time working mum. Most of the days I feel like I am on a hedonic threadmill. Tasks after tasks and no time to relax but still not all of them get finished. . Most of the time I work remotely. 1 or 2 days in the office.

I could see other mums doing a lot more and enjoying the household work as well. I am naturally a lazy person. Though I have changed a lot I still struggle with my never ending todo list.

I am just wondering

  1. How to manage time better
  2. How to enjoy/like everyday routine instead of going from one task to another mindlessly
  3. How to get sometime for myself.

is there any book you would recommend please ? It will be much helpful

Thanks :)

Atomic Habits and/or The Organised Time Technique by Gemma Bray.

To be honest, i just use a Smart Planner I got from Amazon where I write down a to do list each day plus a weekly planner and that works pretty well for me. Also use a few ‘Atomic Habits’ eg habit stacking and preparation.

My local library used to have various books b on time management. If you are close to one, it might be worth going and taking a few out and seeing what method appeals. Zero cost involved

Have a look at The Organised Mum Method - Here https://www.theorganisedmum.blog/tomm/

All condensed into easy very doable daily chunks
