Best cleaner for upholstery

The recliner chair and one end of the sofa where DH sits are currently very grubby and smelly. I won’t go into why in any detail, but this is due to severe illness and lack of mobility.

DH is currently stuck in bed and won’t be using them for some time. Can anyone recommend a product I could use to clean and refresh them?

i think mine was from B&M but you can get it from most places.

For getting rid of smells I would use bicarbonate of soda. Sprinkle plenty on and leave it for a couple of hours or overnight then vacuum it off.

If you don’t want to use anything too harsh then try washing up liquid in hot water and just give it a good scrub.

I rate Vax Stain shot. So far, it has removed all stains my toddler generated around the house, including vomit, chocolate mushed into couch, and even felt tip pen from upholstery.
