Help I'm part way to an IKEA kitchen fitting - using their fitters . Whole list of snags- missing parts,faulty parts,unfinished works, charged me for works in error trying to get that £back aswel . Fitter last seen 8 days ago- now not replying to text and answerphone messages. IKEA not answering emails and a wait for 35 min on phone today has resulted in being told its going to be passed up the chain. Has anyone got any advice as to who I should speak to
