Damaged/stained grouting on bathroom floor

Hi - very minor problem I know but it’s quite a new room.

Picture below, matt blue tile, grout is very pale grey. Stained grout is the very dark bits. It’s definitely dry in the picture. Cleaner came today, 3rd visit - booked from a well known agency.

Floor should be brushed/hoovered and then steam mopped..

I noted the floor to be very wet a long time after she finished. She informed agency that she ‘mopped it with pink floor cleaner’. Not sure what this is as I have neither (only steam mop)

She said there was no spillages but I did find quite a bit of (blue toilet duck gel not bleach)splashed about so could be that?

Any ideas how I can get it back to normal please. I’ve already tried weak solution of flash type cleaner in warm water rubbing firmly with a white cloth.

They sent me an insurance form but I first have to clarify our home insurer won’t cover it and also pay the first £100 so that’s a bit off putting…
