delicate wash, tumble dry on low and it's as though there is no longer any down in it. Completely 'flat'

any ideas? I'm bloody lost without it.

actually that should read I washed "my" down bodywarmer. The way it's worded makes it sound like I hosed it down!

oh I know it's a dull topic but I am desperate to find out if there is a solution or if it's knackered for good.

I am a dry cleaner and we wash these all the time. We put them in our large dryers and dry them for about 2 hours. i have never tried in a
domestic dryer but you will need to keep drying it. If this fails take to your local dry cleaner and ask them to do it.

let me know if you need more help.
