Stupidly, I didn’t have a mattress protector on it.

The patch is HUGE. I’ve blotted, but don’t have white vinegar or bicarb. I do have some baking powder.

should I leave it until 10 when Tesco opens, for vinegar & bicarb, or attack it now with clothes detergent instead?

I don’t even think I’ll find white vinegar in Tesco! It’s not easy to find!

should be fine not long till shops open i find urine eliminator sprays better for this sort of things or pet pee spray

I'd wait 10 mins and go to Tesco. They definitely sell while vinegar. I buy it regularly.

Thanks both. I did get the bits but Tesco only had distiller vinegar, not just white, Google says there is a difference but I’ve sprayed it on anyway!
