We have a zanussi lindo 300 about 3 yrs old. We live in a hard water area so not massively bubbly unless we add more than recommended. I use fairy or Persil non bio and no conditioner. I do a scorching hot clean of the tub every couple of months. Separate colours, don’t overload in any way and use the 40 or 30 with napisan on a grubby load. But things are noticeably shrinking. Even kids baggy jeans are now slim fit. I’m not doing anything different been washing this way for years and had no issues. Any ideas or pearls of wisdom welcome
