Utility bills

Hi, does anyone keep their utility bills and if so how long for?

I seem to have quite a back collection of gas and electricity bills/statements and I can’t recall ever having to look at one. Just wondering if I can get rid of them or should I be keeping them for some important reason.

All mine are online now. I would make a note of monthly totals (kwh used), so that you can calculate likely annual use and argue the case for a reasonable DD if you pay monthly. No need to keep the bills.

Thank you so much, I guess I’m just in the habit of keeping them for no good reason. Will definitely get rid now.
