Dirt stains on white dress?

I have a beautiful white dress from reiss that I want to sell - wore it once as my second dress on my wedding day. But the edges have dirt stains from the ground despite it having been gently washed - what's the best way to safely remove them?

What fabric is it?

Try Dr Beckmann's carpet cleaner? The one with the brush and sponge on the top. I use it on clothes sometimes and it's really good. Test in an inconspicuous place first.
