How to clean inside of tall landing window

I’ve lived here for 18 months and never cleaned the inside of this window 😬

Its minging

the window cleaner does the outside (struggles to reach the very top bit) … he has an extendable thing that pumps
water all over the place , with a brush and a squeegee on.

I don’t want to pump water through anything that will run down and make a mess. Scared of going up ladders.

any ideas how I can get some window cleaner or sprayed up there and give it a good scrub.

I have a velux at the top of the stairwell and had a job finding a window cleaner to get up there and clean inside and out.
I sent photos to companies and eventually found one.
not easy but found one in the end

Tie wet soapy cloth over a decorating pole...scrub.. Then a dry one!
