Talk to me about airers...

The non heated kind. Mine has bent a foot off ( after only 12 months) and so I need to replace it. Mostly drying tshirts and jogging bottoms. Was thinking hanging tshirts might reduce ironing.

Any recommendations on either shape (what is the benefit of the winged over concertina) or study model

See I'm debating that but I'm not sure its worth it for us. We dry outside when we can

Winged ones make it much easier to separate the clothes especially for long items like joggers.

The other ones are only good for things like tea towels and baby clothes IMO as long things layer on to each other and don't dry.

I have the tower airer and one similar to the other one. Tower one is uses for tshirts, shorts, underwear, etc and the other one is good for jeans, towels, etc. I also hang shirts and tshirts on hangers and hang them from the sides of the airers

That minky concertina airer is actually one of the ones I was looking at!
