My vacuum cleaner STINKS!!! Help, how do I sort it?

Hve chnged the bag, have chnged the filters, it is rapidly becoming the smell of my home! YUCK!

YOu can put a bit of cotton wool with some lavender oil, or other essential oil, in the bag, which should perfume the air. But not sure it'll help if changing bag and filter hasn't helped, maybe there's something stuck somewhere?

I sometimes use shake n vac and my hoover smells lovely for ages afterwards, you could try that.

I sprinkle bicarbonate of soda on my carpets and hoover it up.

My DS had managed to get sausages from the fridge and squeezed them into the hoover, I had to buy a replacement hose for it in the end

I used to use shake n vac untill one day my ds knocked the tub over on my dining room table and the varnish instantly started to come off. god knows what's in it but it's clearly powerful stuff .
