Spot wash carpet/upholstery cleaner please

Can I ask anyone with first hand experience of the spot cleaners available on the market, what would you buy if you needed to clean:

  1. Van seats. 3 years of grime.
  2. A toddler's room carpet, where they have had potty training accidents. All were cleared up immediately, but the carpet has discoloured a bit.
  3. A pale grey sofa, where I can wash the cushions and now the main body looks filthy in comparison.
  4. Not essential, but would be nice, a child's mattress that has lightly stained through all sorts, drinks, accidents, etc.

I need quite an industrial strength cleaner, not something that's going to just wet the fabric and give a bit of a clean. Something quite heavy duty.

What have people used with great success, and what's to avoid?

Many thanks 🙏

I find Dr Beckman carpet or upholstery cleaner good but don't know if it would be as effective for all your needs. The brush that comes with it is handy too.

Get a professional upholstery cleaner - their steam cleaning machines and other contraptions are much more powerful than the ones you can hire.
