Hi! Has anyone had this or similar before?
we moved into this house a week ago and when we first got the keys my mum came to help me deep clean. The kitchen is new however previous tenants kept the same sink as it was fairly new but changed everything else with the sink it’s like a metal / stainless steel not 100% what! My mum scrubbed it with bleach and also used viakal to add shine back and then we we actually moved in a i was cleaning it with the normal dettol / flash after meals. However last night I was on a cleaning spree and thought I’d use some of the pink stuff on it with one of those cleaning pads Mrs hinch calls them minky I believe and when I was rubbing it on the sponge was turning black. I wiped off the excess with paper towel and it was leaving a black residue as I was wiping. is the sink caked in dirt even though it’s been bleached or is this due to the metal and the scrubbing perhaps? I’m so confused and can’t find much information online.😩
