dh had a deep bath last night and as I went into utility below could hear dripping . Seems water was seeping through the ceiling . Took bath panel off and there was wet patch underneath the waste below bath plug but didn't leak more as bath was empied so assume it was the overflow which joins it. Ideas on how to check and actually reach the maze of pipes to find the culprit please.
