Can I hand wash or stick it in the washer on the silk and wool programme?

This one was less than £20 in TK Maxx so i resent paying a fortune on dry cleaning!

It also says not to iron it. Do you iron your silk top?

No, it's not crinkly. i can't see how you would get away without ironing it.

thanks for your help btw.

I got a bonny dress from ebay last week -100% silk and hand washed it in the sink using Lux.
It drip dried for 20 minutes on a hanger then I ironed it inside out.(silk setting-coolish)
It came up beautifully and was worn on Friday.
