I love Arcade Fire because they always look as though they're putting so much effort into it - really working hard - so that's quite motivating - plus they sound great !

I'm sat her with my ipod on, so if anything comes on and inspires me to jump up and start hoovering I'll let you know ..... but don't hold your breath .

scissor sisters - I don't feel like dancing either gets me up on the dance floor or cleaning the kitchen floor depending on where I am of course ............

Years ago ( when living with parents and had to clean) I used to clean to 'Hooked on Classics' quite upbeat tempo

of course I clean now but never think to put any tunes on. sometimes listen to my ipod as well, but then can't hear anything or the kids
