Does anyone have one? Any good? I've been eyeing up the 5th generation Roomba in Costco (about £165 I think) but DH isn't totally convinced. We have an electric carpet sweeper that does the job in between proper hooverings.

He's since pointed out that ebuyer do one at £40 and a self docking one at £60. They have great reviews on the ebuyer site. Does anyone have one of these? I'm a bit concerned it wouldn't pick up any better than the carpet sweeper we use.

stick with roombas- they are the only ones that ACTUALLY work, i have a couple and swear by them, well worth the money!

Thanks - DH has ordered one of these other ones but says if I like the concept (erm, who wouldn't?) then I'm allowed a roomba.

Is the scooba out in the UK yet? my mum wants one for her 60th birthday!

asked you a question on another thread preggers!!

We have a roomba - it works really well. I have the basic non-homing module so I just plonk it down in a room and switch it on then come back to get it a couple of hours later.
(I want a scooba too)

WHATS SCOOBA?
