Is this a 1-star or 3-star freezer?!

The packet of frozen jacket potatoes I’ve bought says that how long they last depends on the star rating of my freezer. Is this 1 or 3 stars?! It’s a Bosch freezer, bought just a few months ago for about £500, so it should be good quality!

I'd say 3 too. Although surely it's all irrelevant as you're just meant to bung them in and either eat them or finally bin them after 3 years when they annoy you by being there?
