It was DSs 20th last weekend and he had the run of our flat for his birthday party. All good when we got back, except for a big stain on the carpet, I’m guessing some kind of alcohol was spilt ( not much smell so can’t tell what). I’m at a loss about how to clean it. DH has tried scrubbing with a wet spontex but it hasn’t improved matters. Is there a product we should be using? Thanks for any advice.
