Pritt stick all over the telly, what will get it off?

I have just gone into the lounge to find ds with a pritt stick in his hand and the tv screen covered in the stuff. DH once told me that you have to be careful what you use to clean tv and pc screens, so I don't want to make it worse. It's just a regular telly, not plasma or lcd or anything fancy like that. Any tips on what will be best for getting the blooming glue off?

think I'd try babywipes on a glass screen, to get the worst off, then polish with an ecocloth/microfibre cloth?

I used to smoke (eughh really heavily). Every so often I'd give my tv screen a good clean with one of those washing up sponge scrubbers and washing up liquid - came up a treat!!

Just stick fluff and pasta shapes and bits of paper all over it to make a lovely collage, and sit and watch that.
