I have attached two quotes from Firm A (crossed out any personal information/ the firms name). I found them via which trusted traders and they have good reviews on multiple different platforms. As well as having their company registered on companies House. I know good reviews should be taken with a pinch of salt, but as far I am aware, they seem decent enough.
I have also attached picture of where the leak is, and a picture of the valley.I need opinions regarding what to do. The leak started nearly a year ago and it has taken months and months to find roofers who would quote! Even though a live in a main city. So many roofers would not respond to messages/ say they are too busy/ turn up but then don't provide a quote.
I am currently waiting on a 3rd quote from Firm B. The roofer in firm B has suggested that I replace the fibreglass Valley with lead? No idea how much that will cost as no quote given yet. But I can't imagine it will be cheap!
