Muggins here, unwittingly bought a 'smart' Hoover branded washing machine.
Instead of Hoover or Hoover Wizard, my machine uses the Hon app - Hoover Online
There have been increasing issues with this app, but it's been usable until yesterday, when I got the message pictured below
I have sent an email, with pictures, to the service support line, but until/unless it's sorted, I've lost my favourites list, half the functionality (extra rinses etc) and the touch pad on the front of the machine doesn't want to know me (Reynaud's and eczema)
I have Uninstalled, reinstalled and changed my password. Nothing.
Has anyone else had these issues?
