window cleaning help -- not done for months and months

window cleaner gone AWOL and windows are well manky . is there a gadget you can buy to enable you to clean the outside of windows from inside ,do you know..havent got nay ladders long enough to attempt upsttais and i am very accident prone so wouldnt risk it anyway!

don't be tempted to buy This tis shite. Wasn't strong enough to stick to the window, fell and smashed into tiny pieces against the outside of the house. (you have a safety cord, but that just swung it into the bricks) Asked for a refund pronto.
