Dishwasher Dilemma?

Please could you all advise and help me decide on a new slimline freestanding white dishwasher?
My AEG one has is less than 4 years old and has recently failed. Fortunately, it was covered by a 5 year extended warranty with Currys. They can't fix it so (very long story short!) I have now received a voucher from them towards a new machine.
I've had 3 dishwashers over the last 20 years, the first a Bosch Classic lasted 9 years, the second a Bosch Excell lasted about 7 years and lastly this AEG just under 4 years. I would have bought Bosch last time but the model I liked was out of stock, so I chose the AEG, hoping it would be a good brand that would last.
I'm tempted to go for Bosch again but when I went to my local Currys branch earlier their choice was disappointing, only 2 freestanding slim models to look at.

They had the Bosch Series 2 SPS21KW04G @ £399
Or the Hotpoint HSF03T223 W Uk @ £379.
Looking online they also have another Bosch Series 4 SPS4HMW53G, quite a bit more @ £579.

Please could any of you tell me what experience you have of any of these models, or whether you'd recommend any others - hopefully with a decent lifespan? Unfortunately, due to the voucher, I'm obliged to go with Currys, otherwise I'd purchase elsewhere.
I appreciate your help.

TIA

A quick google shows that Which? doesn't rate slimline dishwashers - you need a subscription to find out which is their best buy. In the past, I've found the moneysavingexpert boards good for this - usually some kind soul will tell you what the best buys were. My current (full-size) dishwasher is AEG, and it's been fine - I wonder if your bad luck has been because you've had slimline models?

Our last slimline dishwasher lasted ten years, so it’s not automatically a slimline problem, I. Fact, it outlasted two full size ones ( in a different house). It was Hotpoint, which replaced a SMEG which failed after a week.

Thank you for your replies.
In our original kitchen 20 years ago we sacrificed a cupboard beside the sink in order to house the first dishwasher when our DD was a young baby, which is why we only had a slimline one. The AEG, which has recently failed, was still under warranty when the kitchen was redesigned & refitted in the Spring of last year. So we're tied to slimline, preferably freestanding models.
I was wondering if the series 4 Bosch with top tray for cutlery was actually worth the extra layout at £579? Unfortunately I'm tied to Currys as I have a voucher from them in respect of the AEG machine. They couldn't fix it so, under warranty terms have sent me a voucher towards replacement.
