What supermarket spray can you use on marble?

Hi all,

I have marble tiles in my bathroom. They're super old and a bit worse for wear but I don't want to make them any worse. What's the best marble suitable spray I can use on them? I'm looking for something cheap and cheerful I can find in the supermarket, not a special spray I'd have to order.

Thanks so much!

Method do a granite and marble spray which I use in the kitchen. Smells lovely and is in most supermarkets I think but definitely Tesco

DO NOT use cillit bang - expensive lesson learnt

Tesco do an own brand marble and granite cleaner. Half the price of method!

Haha, yes I actually have made this same mistake in the past, hence the question.

I'll keep an eye out for this in store, it's been out of stock online for a few days so I wasn't sure if they still sold it.

Thank you, I have used this but we go through it so quickly (and it's quite a small bottle) I was hoping there would be a cheaper cleaner for the bathroom!

I use this:

FILA Surface Care Solutions, CLEANER PRO, Concentrated Neutral Detergent - Up to 40 Washes - Hard Floor Cleaner Liquid for Floor Tiles in Marble, Porcelain, Stone etc, Laminate Floor Cleaner, 1L

For bathroom surfaces, mix in a spray bottle 1:30 (eg 10ml:300ml) - spray, clean as normal, then rinse.

Bigger outlay at £12, but will last you forever! If you’ve got floor tiles, the dilution rate is 1:200 (25ml:5 litres) and you don’t need to rinse it. Perfectly ok to use on laminate floors too … I’ve used it on all sorts of surfaces.

Sorry, just noticed you asked for a supermarket spray!

No worries, you've just reminded me we do have a 5L marble floor cleaner that I could dilute down and use as a wall spray if I don't find anything else!
