Best handheld vacuum for pet hair?

We have 2 very fluffy cats and are struggling a bit to keep on top of their fur. What would you recommend, especially handheld?

PS We already have a Eufy robovac

Get a rubber broom or brush and use that first.
Handheld vacuum cleaners probably don't have enough power to clear all the hairs
