I am a dirty dirty girl, we have been living in filth for at least a month and I only just realised!

I haven't worn my contact lenses for 6 weeks as I had an eye infection. I don't have glasses and it's only a mild prescription so I thought it made little difference.

But this morning I have put a pair in, and I am gobsmacked at the dirt and dust around here. The sun streaming in doesn't help. Why has DH not said anything? Or the nanny? Mortifying.

Do I take them out and go back to ignorant bliss, or get out the marigolds!?

Ignorant bliss!
Ignorant bliss!

(Or get DH to do it!)

take them out now. And close those curtains.
Don't you feel better now

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 10/02/2008 11:29

I have actually been cleaning, I promise, but obviously not thoroughly or often enough

needmorecoffee, good plan, and perhaps a nice glass of gin to settle my nerves!?

sounds like a plan. Or a sausage roll of course. Then you can't see the crumbs

I really ought to get off my bum, we've got guests coming at 2pm.

Just another coffee first, you know, for the energy.
