Cleaning silicone seal around windows

Our new windows are in, and they have used what looks like that rubbery seal you used at the bottom of bathroom tiles around the bath around the edges.

It is rubbery and dirt sticks to it. I cant keep it clean as the dirt just sticks to it. Because it is rubbery, you can’t dust or scrape the dirt off as it just ‘twangs’ - it’s like dusting jelly!

Any tips to get it white again?

Does a damp microfibre cloth not work?

No it’s really springy and slightly tacky (like blue tac).

I'm sure there's more "life hacks" on Google and YouTube, but you can use a micro fibre cloth with a small dab of fabric conditioner (I'd probably use a white coloured one) - it stops dust sticking too. Also handy for on skirting boards and obviously smells nice too!
