Left razor marks on a hoodie

I tried to de-bobble my friends hoodie before giving it back and it’s left tiny holes and razor marks along the chest. How can i fix it or make it less noticeable?

Think you may owe them a new hoodie. You can't repair or disguise razor cuts, I'm afraid.
