Purdy and Figg or.....

I got some Purdy and Figg on a black fiesta offer. I got some of the all purpose cleaner and also the bathroom set. I love the smell of them but they don't last long in either smell or bottles of.
I love the idea of using less plastic etc but the cost and the speed of use are an issue. Has anyone got any other ones they use?

I make my own. 1 part Isopropyl alcohol (from eBay), 3 parts water, a skoosh of washing up liquid and around a tablespoon of essential oils (or to your liking, enough to cover the smell of the alcohol). I’m currently using ginger and green tea which is divine. Lemongrass and ginger or grapefruit is lovely too. It’s cheap, and also fab for granite/quartz worktops as well as non-acidic. Honestly has saved me a fortune and a shedload of plastic over time as I just keep refilling glass bottles I bought years ago, and DH still claims it’s the best household cleaner he’s ever used.

Fourfurrymonsters - can you post a link to the one you buy from eBay please. TIA

Oooh @Fourfurrymonsters I am so doing this in the New Year.

I've been hounded on social media with Purdy and Figg adverts and sooooo tempted.

I bought purdy and figg. The scents are nice, but don't linger. Two minutes after I've used it the smell has gone

I agree and I went through a bottle in a week! It’s supposed to be a bottle a month!!!

Would you humour me and tell me the exact measurement of a swoosh please?

I recenty tried to do a DIY dishsoap 'swoosh' and got the quantity badly wrong 😑

A friend uses one called Thieves which smells divine

She buys it from a refill store but I’ve just had a quick google and it’s available online as well
