Help - my new washing machine keeps leaving bits on clothes

I bought a new integrated Bosch washer dryer (cost nearly £1k) as part of a kitchen renovation. My flat is tiny so I thought it would be ideal. I've only used it twice and it's awful. All my black clothes have come out covered in fluff. After the first time I ran a hot wash with washing machine cleaner but the second wash came out even worse! All my clothes are covered in fluff which the lint brush is struggling to remove.

My old washer dryer (also a Bosch) was great . I have been using the same liquid, softeners etc so just don't know what is up. Any advice (and how do I get rid of the fluff - it's everywhere!! Thank you.

What does the fluff look like?

I wonder if there is something that has been left behind in the machine by the manufacturer ?

It’s small black and white fibres- absolutely everywhere. I ran the anti fluff cycle and cleaned the drum and seal repeatedly (couldn’t see anything left in the machine but maybe it’s hidden?) . I also used the dryer sheets (like Bounce) to pick up some of the fluff from my favourite dress , but it’s frustrating as I want things cleaner when they go in the machine than before!
