i realize that you regular good housekeepers would never encounter such a problem, but perhaps someone has come across a slovenly neighbour that may have had this problem...
wall paper is new and i don;t want to wreck it even more!
please help me! thank you

Warm soapy water will normally do it, wring the cloth out well and keep rinsing off the cloth between wipes.

Honestly though, you should stop having such exciting parties when you have just decorated

Baby wipes - gently wiping until it goes - not rubbing.

NOT BABY WIPES WITH MOISTERISER IN! They will leave greasy marks - baby wet ones, cheap as chips ones will do it though.

Good luck.

Aha - yes you're right. They work on painted walls though.

poo is gone! poo is gone! poo is gone!

glad i didn;t use the wet wipes i bought for the purpose and they have left a jolly great big smear on my new ugg boots that i had to get felt pen off... but hot soapy water works a treat.

thanks MN-ers.
