Cleaning upstairs windows

Has anyone bought a good pole to clean upstairs windows yourself with out needing to get up high on a ladder. We had to get rid of the window cleaners as they were useless. I have tried to buy a window cleaning pole already but its to bendy makes it so hard to do. Our windows only open a at the top so no way to do it from inside.

I tried a pole but it's really hard to control and was just useless in general.

I then bought this magnetic window cleaner which is excellent! You move from the inside and the outside is pulled through the magnet to clean. Works really well on my double glazed windows:

@roses2 Ive seen an advert for something like this but the one I saw was round so that wouldnt of worked. This is interesting though and good to hear from someone that’s actually used it as they all look good in adverts. Thanks.
