Cleaning anti slip lino

My lino is manky, whilst I mop it sometimes regularly, it needs a scrub.

Is there anything in particular you'd recommend, the dirt seems to cling to the non slip. I'm sure some MNetters would condem it but I'd like to try and clean it.

I use vinegar and hot water then use a scrubbing brush,a normal mop wont clean it I've found,but can mop normally a few times then once a week the scrubbing brush.
