Oil-based stain in fave cardy

Any ideas how to get an oil based stain out of a favourite 'sweatshirt material' cardigan. Proprietary products don't seem to be working on this one.

Fairy Liquid - squirt a bit on and wash as normal!

For hands that do dishes works as well on your shirts!
