Putting up pictures/wire words?

Just repainted my home and looking to put all my pictures back up without damaging the walls. Any thoughts on whether command hooks or straps are better for large pictures?

I use command strips or hooks for hanging most things on the wall except for anything valuable (saying that they’ve never failed). Just follow the guides for the weight of the item and the size of the command strip. It’s also worth noting they won’t stick to card/paper…
