Cleaning wooden: laminate floors

Hi.
We have recently had a new floor fitted. It’s good quality laminate which is clicked together like tongue and groove. I’ve been told not to mop it with water. Have been using the Flash disposable wipes which are ok, but are v expensive and not good for the environment.
Does anyone have any tips about how best to clean the floor?

I use a spray mop on ours, it’s great.
You can still get them wet, just maybe not soaking wet like a mop and bucket.

I put microfibre cloths over the flash mop instead of the wipes and just spray floor cleaner as I go.

This is the one I have. The pads go in the washing machine.

Use a microfibre mop and wring out the cloth attachment so it's barely wet with just a tiny amount of whatever floor cleaner is recommended.

I use a Bona mop, which is very good. We were recommended it by the floorer.

Thanks everyone. Off to research!

Yeah I vacuum then wet wipe the floor.

You get water in it and it starts to warp. I've seen that happen and it really does look awful.

If you want to use a mop you'd have to wring it very very thoroughly.

PS Wilko and others do own brand versions of Flash floor wipes, much cheaper
