cracked bath

i was cleaning my plastic guinea pig cage out in the bath and left it balanced on the bath and left the water running on it when back in the bathroom and it had dropped leaving me with a hole and crack in my bath ( my stupid fault) just wondering if i can repair it has can't afford a new bath right now ( see pic of the hole ) opposite that has the crack not pictured

If it's acrylic you can get a kit to fix it. I dropped a stool in a newly installed bath and put a hole in it. The patch might be a bit rougher than the rest of the bath.

Alternatively, claim on your house insurance?

If using for just showers try gorilla waterproof tape until a proper fix

I got a resin repair kit that's for baths and boats in Toolstation! worked perfectly! and it was in the bottom of the bath as well.
